American CAtch: The past Present and Future of New York's

 

Please join us on Wednesday, September 17 to hear a panel discussion on how we will aim to reintroduce American Seafood to New York consumers and address why much of our best American-caught seafood gets sent out of the country, while more and more foreign seafood is imported every year. Our panel of experts will discuss the fisheries, consumption patterns, and conservation of some of our favorite local fish and shellfish, as well as mecanisms to impore American seafood distribution and sustainability.
